Description

You will bridge the gap between business and IT by supporting Title & Escrow operations, gathering requirements, and improving processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Title & Escrow systems.
• Develop and maintain reports using SQL, Power BI, and SSRS.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage change control processes.
• Ensure SOX compliance across operational workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise with SoftPro, specifically Title & Escrow modules.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI and SSRS.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Understanding of SOX compliance requirements.
• Experience leading or participating in UAT cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
