Description

You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives for the Automation Tools and Compute Services team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify data gathering methods and process performance areas.
• Define scope, parameters, impact, and outcome metrics for requirements analysis.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, and storytelling narratives to communicate requirements.
• Design and update workflow strategies to improve business performance and monitor efficacy.
• Assist with the development of test plans, scripts, and the implementation of revised processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of analytical experience.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules and reporting.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in client-facing roles and technical writing for user guides and manuals.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
• Experience with Value Stream mapping.
• Knowledge of the Design Thinking process.

Preferred Skills

• International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.
