You will translate business needs into data-driven requirements and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for data analysis and reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations for decision-making.
• Conduct QA/QC checks on visualizations to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for creating complex reports and dashboards.
• Strong data analysis skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
• Certification in Power BI and/or Tableau.
