You will support application operations, resolve help desk tickets, and contribute to the full system development life cycle for PeopleSoft environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead help desk ticket resolution, including software troubleshooting and documenting issues for developers.
• Participate in system development life cycle activities, focusing on the design, development, and testing of PeopleSoft objects such as reports, interfaces, and conversion programs.
• Conduct system and regression testing on code changes following developer unit testing.
• Update job aids and oversee updates to training materials as the system evolves.
• Provide detailed, accurate, and timely status updates on tasks, issues, and help desk tickets to the team lead.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine and Component Interface.
• Background in Software Consulting, IT Engineering, or Application Development Management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and documenting technical requirements.
• Experience with system testing and regression testing protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
