You will act as the primary liaison between business units and the IT organization to deliver technical solutions that align with business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business units and translate them into actionable specifications for programmers and developers.
• Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation decisions.
• Support complex business processes and work as a core member of multiple project teams.
• Analyze complex situations and conduct research using multiple information sources to resolve problems.
• Identify improvement opportunities within business functions to increase operating efficiency.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend programming languages and basic functions.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects under aggressive deadlines.
• Proficiency in Business Process analysis and documentation.
• Advanced problem-solving skills to address technical processes and complex details.
• High level of oral and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or other related advanced degree.
