Description

You will analyze business workflows and data to develop technical specifications and drive process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and facilitate JAD sessions with management, vendors, and IT groups.
• Perform data analysis and query databases using SQL tools to support decision-making.
• Develop Use Case, Business Flow, Activity/State, and Sequence diagrams to model system behavior.
• Conduct GAP Analysis and manage 'As Is' and 'To Be' business process modeling.
• Document epics, user stories, risks, issues, defects, and bugs within JIRA and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• Experience with SQL query tools for database querying and data analysis.
• Proficiency in JIRA for requirement and defect tracking.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for documentation and lifecycle management.
• Ability to use MS Visio for diagramming workflows and system models.
• Experience with Business Process Management and GAP Analysis.
• Knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing methodologies.
• Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
