Description

Owns the requirements lifecycle, from gathering and documenting system needs to tracking delivery progress in Azure DevOps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document system requirements and maintain user stories aligned with project goals.
• Analyze current business processes to identify improvement areas and support legacy application transitions.
• Lead meetings to gather requirements, discuss progress, and resolve emerging issues.
• Collaborate with development teams and user groups to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain Azure DevOps boards to track project progress and manage user stories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience documenting business processes.
• Proficiency in writing and managing user stories.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business communities.
• Experience managing project tasks using Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Advanced experience with MS Office tools for documentation and presentations.
