Description

Drive the analysis and implementation of enterprise-scale PRM projects within a global, matrixed environment. Manage the full SDLC from scoping to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to determine effective implementation approaches for the organization.
• Translate high-level strategy into tangible deliverables and documented use cases.
• Manage the SDLC process, including timeline management, process flows, and swim lane diagrams.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports to deliver actionable business insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Admin leading enterprise-scale PRM projects.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) platform functionality and best practices.
• Proven ability to distinguish between configuration, customization, and external system integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale, complex datasets using Salesforce data tools.
• Strong knowledge of Partner Portal functionality and system security controls.
• Experience working on international projects with teams based outside the US.
• Ability to document requirements, process flows, and project timelines.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree or Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or Tableau CRM.
