Description

You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to drive product vision through requirement gathering and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into a prioritized product backlog using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Extract functional requirements through business process mapping and reengineering.
• Write acceptance criteria-based user stories and perform story mapping.
• Organize user acceptance testing for individual sprints and end-to-end cycles.
• Complete comprehensive system documentation and manage product backlogs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience serving as a liaison between business communities and IT teams.
• 8+ years of experience in application development as an Agile/Scrum Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• 8+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and user needs.
• 8+ years of experience with customer-focused user experience design.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• 5+ years of experience managing highly complex application security requirements.
• 4+ years of experience with Atlassian Jira and business process mapping.
• 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Cisco WebEx.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Admin, or App Builder) and Salesforce Trailhead Ranger status.
• Experience with 508 Compliance, Web Accessibility, and Information Security Office Compliance.
• Public sector experience and experience with ServiceNow ticketing/workflow automation.
