Description

You will act as a subject matter expert for commercial claims payment processes and digital workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Map current state processes and define target state solutions for complex global claims payment systems.
• Lead requirements workshops and document business and IT requirements independently.
• Collaborate with business liaisons and the One Inc Payment Hub to scope claims payment functionality.
• Create business requirements and process documentation in alignment with change management procedures.
• Drive business and IT workshops, product demos, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Claims.
• Deep knowledge of the Commercial Claims lifecycle, including end-to-end payment processes, Treasury, and disbursements.
• Experience with Payment Hubs in insurance (One Inc), payment channels, Payee Information Platforms, and Master Data Management.
• Pega CBA certification or hands-on experience with Pega payment workflows.
• Agile Certified Product Owner designation.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.
