Lead business analysis for Property & Casualty insurance systems, focusing on data integrity and process optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed data mappings between underwriting systems to ensure accurate data flow.
• Execute data validation, testing, and governance tasks to maintain high data quality standards.
• Own end-to-end documentation, clearly outlining problems, opportunities, and technical solutions.
• Perform business process modeling and mapping to improve operational productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements align with business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep domain knowledge in P&C Insurance.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, Data Mapping, and Data Analysis.
• Expertise in Business Process Modeling and Business Process Flow.
• Strong understanding of the project life cycle and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability in business writing and professional communication.
• Technical degree (B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of claims systems and processes.
