Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
Ensure compliance with state/government regulations and standards
Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Mandatory experience working with State or Government clients
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Candidate must be local to Pennsylvania
