Description

Manage business analysis, application support, and system analysis within a property and casualty insurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve requests and incidents following departmental procedures.
• Perform data analysis to provide actionable insights to customers.
• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure timely task closure.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of application functionality and supported business processes.
• Document processes clearly and concisely while managing stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of experience in business analysis, application support, or system analysis.
• Strong SQL query experience for data analysis.
• Direct experience working with property and casualty insurance companies.
• Hands-on experience with policy administration systems.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to exercise judgment and creative problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and IT teams.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
