Description

Translate business needs into technical specifications and drive requirement lifecycle for state and government clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional and technical specifications, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to align on objectives.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Ensure compliance with state and government regulations throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working with State or Government clients.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with requirement management tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Local to Pennsylvania.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
