Analyze business objectives and optimize PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 processes to deliver technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational procedures to identify issues and recommend technical solutions.
• Gather and document user needs, workflows, input/output requirements, and development tasks.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and evaluate system specifications for requested changes.
• Oversee data mapping between legacy systems and third-party interfaces.
• Lead and execute hands-on system integration testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• 8+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• 8+ years of experience in requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• 8+ years of experience performing end-to-end system integration testing.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• 2+ years of experience working with MS Teams in large, distributed team settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Asset Management, Accounts Payable, or General Ledger modules.
• Familiarity with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government).
