Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes within PeopleSoft frameworks.
• Support system requirements and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Document and maintain accurate process maps and data flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Direct experience working with PeopleSoft applications.
• Ability to interpret and refine functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft data structures and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade or implementation projects.
