Description

You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution during large-scale data integrations and application migrations.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements for data integration, application migration, and platform standardization through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
• Map current-state and future-state business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical specifications and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the validation of migrated applications and processes.
• Map source and target data structures to ensure integrity and execute post-migration data validation.
• Assess technology change impacts and develop training materials and communication plans for business users.
• Identify migration risks and collaborate with project managers to implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience in Banking, Investment Firms, or Fintech environments.
• Proficiency in process mapping and gap analysis.
• Experience managing requirements traceability and technical specifications.
• Skill in facilitating UAT and managing stakeholder sign-off.
• Ability to perform data mapping and business-level data validation.
• Experience in change management, including training development and impact assessment.
• Strong risk identification and issue tracking capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
