You bridge the gap between IT teams and business partners in the P&C insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with IT staff and business stakeholders.
• Deliver clear presentations to one-on-one, small group, and large audiences.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet strict project deadlines.
• Provide detailed analysis for insurance business processes and complex requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of business analysis experience specifically within P&C Insurance.
• Direct experience with Policy Administration Systems such as AQS, Rapidsure, Guidewire, or Duckcreek.
• Proven background in the IT insurance industry as a Business Analyst.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both formal and informal presentation environments.
• High attention to detail when handling complex requirements.
