Act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation within the Property and Casualty insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze complex business requirements to drive technical solutions.
• Communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
• Document business processes and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Mandatory domain expertise in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM or MS Dynamics.
• Expertise in requirement gathering and analysis.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in business process documentation.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with MS Dynamics or other CRM platforms.
