Act as the primary Business Analyst for BlackLine cash automation and intercompany (I2C) workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cash management, cash application, and reconciliation processes.
• Partner with accounting, treasury, and operations stakeholders to define optimized future-state processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support configuration, UAT/SIT testing, issue resolution, and documentation for BlackLine functionality.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure timely milestone delivery and provide project reporting.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in financial services, MGAs, or insurance carriers.
• Hands-on expertise with BlackLine, specifically Cash Automation and Intercompany (I2C).
• Strong understanding of cash reconciliation processes including bank reconciliation, cash posting, and exception management.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or enhancements.
• Proficiency in ERP Systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday Financials.
• Excellent documentation skills for BRDs, process maps, user stories, and test scripts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
