Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of business and software requirements across the project lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and software requirements from stakeholders.
• Create process flows, state, activity, sequence, swim lanes, and wireframes.
• Conduct walkthroughs and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop training documents, train users, and provide post-release support.
• Convert requirements into functional and regression test cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online (Office 365).
• Experience with Microsoft Teams.
• Experience utilizing GitLab or other Git repositories.
• Experience using JIRA.
• Proficiency with design tools like Balsamiq and MS Visio.
• Ability to test applications for functional and regression issues.
• Demonstrated experience working on complex projects under tight deadlines.
