Description

Define, analyze, and document business and software requirements by liaising between business users and IT teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and software requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Create process flows, state, activity, sequence, swim lanes, and wireframes.
• Perform walkthroughs, User Acceptance Testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
• Create training documents, train users, and provide post-release support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and Gitlab or other Git repositories.
• Experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Balsamiq) and MS Visio.
• Ability to convert requirements into detailed test cases.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects on demanding timelines.
• Ability to work independently through project lifecycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with SMEs and technical teams.
