Description

Requirements:

  • 8+ years Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments
  • 5+ years hands-on experience creating process flows, diagrams, and documentation (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
  • 3+ years supporting telecommunications industry
  • 2+ years of Salesforce CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM migration experience

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across current and future state processes
  • Facilitate discussions to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Develop future state documentation, including process improvements and system enhancements
  • Create and maintain process flows, diagrams, and user stories (e.g., order management workflows from portal systems)
  • Support the migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into system requirements
