Description

You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to support the development and enhancement of business applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and software requirements through stakeholder meetings.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Create technical documentation including process flows, state diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, swim lanes, and wireframes.
• Execute functional and regression testing to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop training materials, and provide post-release support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and Quality Assurance (QA).
• Proficiency with Jira and GitLab or other Git repositories.
• Experience using Balsamiq and Visio for design and process mapping.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and Microsoft Teams.
• Proven ability to convert requirements into actionable test cases.
• Demonstrated experience in creating training documentation and conducting user training.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and work independently from project initiation to completion.
• Experience managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
