Description

Define, analyze, and document data warehousing requirements. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and prepare Functional Specifications.
• Perform Data Profiling and Gap Analysis to identify data issues and improvement opportunities.
• Develop Source-to-Target Mapping documents, including logic for joins, filters, and ranking.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business checkouts using SQL scripts.
• Maintain detailed documentation for business processes, mappings, and requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst role.
• At least 3 years of experience with Data Warehouse environments.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, including strong query writing and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in Data Mapping, Source-to-Target Mapping, Data Profiling, and Gap Analysis.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts.
• Hands-on experience preparing Functional Specifications and performing UAT.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Solid Healthcare domain knowledge.
