Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to Salesforce.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with Salesforce developers and technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement using Salesforce capabilities.
• Support Salesforce configuration and testing, including objects, workflows/automation, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist with Salesforce projects, enhancements, releases, and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain process flows, data maps, business requirements, functional documentation, and related project materials.
• Conduct user training and assist with change management and user adoption.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
• Experience with Salesforce functionality such as objects, workflows/automation, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification or Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
• Experience with data migration and data mapping.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools or APIs.
• Experience developing or supporting Salesforce reports and dashboards
