Description

You assess, recommend, and implement technology solutions to improve business processes and customer satisfaction for short-term Co-Ag projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tools like Alchemer, Microsoft Teams Premium, RedCAP, and ASIIS to recommend optimal workflow solutions.
• Map end-to-end processes, configure systems, and train small teams for adoption.
• Conduct targeted research to inform programmatic decision-making and improve operational reach.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quick-start guides, and training materials.
• Track milestones, prepare progress reports, and communicate status to sponsors and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in business systems analysis or IT project implementation.
• Proficiency in Business Systems Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with RedCap and ASIIS platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft suite and related tools.
• Ability to conduct capability assessments of approved platforms.
• Skills in comparing features, compliance, and integration options.
• Experience in implementation testing and validating functionality.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
