You will own the analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Act as the liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support Agile delivery and project enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst.
• Experience with modern platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or OpenAI.
• Strong proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM or SAFe.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in gap analysis and process improvement.
• Background in IT analysis or systems design.
