You bridge business and technology stakeholders to synthesize, prioritize, and document requirements for solution delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear solution and non-functional requirements.
• Document work using process maps, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and diagrams.
• Support quality assurance through well-documented user stories and test cases.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot solutions to support business objectives.
• Analyze information using Cost-Benefit, SWOT, and Root Cause Analysis to support stakeholder decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong understanding of banking business processes.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing features, stories, tasks, bugs, and backlogs.
• Experience using Confluence for roadmaps and documentation.
• Ability to create diagrams and conduct brainstorming sessions using Lucid.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder negotiation.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cost-benefit analysis frameworks.
• Background in banking or financial services domain.
