Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and implement system requirements for enrollment and claim submission workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Obtain business requirements through interviews and brainstorming sessions to understand enrollment requirement changes.
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models.
• Manage functional traceability matrices to track development and QA progress across multiple scenarios.
• Collaborate with product owners to document business process flows and secure sign-offs.
• Support the QA department by assisting with the writing and execution of test plans, test cases, and UAT.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in creating workflow, process, and data flow diagrams.
• Ability to perform gap analysis and technical feasibility assessments.
• Experience analyzing RACF modules to set security profiles and permissions on Mainframe.
• Hands-on experience with QA and UAT processes.
• Strong ability to track issues and roadblocks within claim submission workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Skill in creating data visualizations, including graphs and pie charts, using presentation tools.
