Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by translating functional requirements into detailed specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Determine system requirements for implementation and provide management system solutions.
• Use data to develop business strategies and improve performance.
• Manage and coordinate development projects from inception to completion.
• Create test cases and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to analyze business problems.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Java and VB.NET.
• Experience with PL/SQL and Unix environments.
• Hands-on use of Visual Studio and HTML.
• Ability to use Visio and Rational Rose for modeling and diagramming.
• Experience using Clear Quest for requirement tracking.
• Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration with 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in these fields with 5 years of relevant experience.
