Description

You bridge business needs and technical implementation within the telecom domain, focusing on billing, CRM, and order management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and technical requirements using User Stories, BRDs, and FRDs.
• Create AS-IS and TO-BE process maps and perform data mapping between legacy and modern systems.
• Define acceptance criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to align technical solutions with business goals and architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience specifically within the telecom sector.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and mapping.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Solid understanding of OSS/BSS (Operations/Business Support Systems).
• Knowledge of APIs, Microservices, and Cloud integrations.
• Understanding of eTOM or SID frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
