You will gather business requirements, map processes, and translate needs into functional specifications for technology teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to document business requirements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams.
• Facilitate UAT planning, execution, issue tracking, and business signoff.
• Identify business risks, track issues, and support mitigation planning.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience supporting technology transformation or migration programs.
• Expertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience supporting interface design, workflow validation, and data migration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data-intensive platforms in Asset Management or Investments.
• Domain knowledge in Custody or AML.
• Agile Methodologies.
