Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements while ensuring alignment with application workflows.

Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and execute manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium and Playwright.

Perform system, integration, regression, and UAT testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Translate business requirements into JIRA user stories and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Maintain and enhance automation frameworks while troubleshooting defects and ensuring efficient QA processes.

Analyze application workflows (including microservices) to identify gaps, improve processes, and support continuous delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

6–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and QA roles across multiple applications.

Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, and automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, and tools like Jira.

Proven experience in microservices-based applications, requirement gathering, UAT execution, and translating business needs into detailed user stories
