Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, and data flows.
• Build and manage the product backlog.
• Identify and communicate improvements for business or system processes.
• Liaise across technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for specific products or features.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in system and data analysis for software programs, applications, and web services.
• Proven ability to present technical and business findings to management and clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience mapping complex data flows and business processes.
• Expertise in backlog management and requirement documentation.
• Ability to function as a key source of knowledge for specific product features.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
