Description

You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department to deliver technical solutions in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Determine project scope and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical data requirements for developers.
• Track project status, manage deliverables, and produce necessary project artifacts.
• Identify and research root causes and patterns to resolve issues.
• Ensure all application changes comply with banking standards and policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in Audit Issue Management and Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex requirements and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience identifying and managing project risks and issues.
