You will define and drive the adoption of AI tools within real estate operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions on prompt engineering and CoPilot utilization for real estate professionals.
• Create and maintain user playbooks to serve as operational guides for teams.
• Define high-impact CoPilot use cases addressing property management, market analysis, and client communication pain points.
• Guide teams through the transition to new AI-driven processes as a change agent.
• Develop documentation and reports to measure the tangible value and ROI of AI adoption.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Demonstrable experience or strong background in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Documentation and Data Analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and enterprise tools.
• Adaptability and strong skills in technical documentation.
