Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of business requirements for systems development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirements analysis to identify and document system needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and use cases for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Perform gap analysis to identify improvements and recommend solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CBAP and CCBA standards.
• Experience with process modeling and improvement techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Jira or Trello.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
