Description

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department to deliver technical solutions and ensure compliance with banking standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Determine project scope and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical data specifications for developers.
• Track project status, manage deliverables, and produce necessary project artifacts.
• Identify root causes and patterns to resolve issues and manage project risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in Audit Issue Management and Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex requirements and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders.
