Description

Own business analysis for Property & Casualty insurance technology projects, focusing on Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for insurance workflows.
• Analyze and document the Property & Casualty insurance lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define process documentation and integration requirements.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery cycles through clear communication and requirement tracking.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 4+ years supporting P&C Insurance technology projects.
• 2–3+ years hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration, Product Model, data model, and Guidewire Studio.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and messaging concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
