Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements for system development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
• Work with stakeholders across healthcare, product, IT, and operations to define project needs.
• Analyze data flows, database structures, and system integration points.
• Support testing activities by creating test plans, executing test cases, and tracking defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries against Postgres and Oracle databases.
• Experience documenting functional specifications and user stories.
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow diagramming.
• Ability to analyze data flows and database structures.
• Experience participating in system design discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Background in healthcare systems or operations.
