Description

You will manage the full SDLC of web development projects, acting as the bridge between client requirements and technical execution. You own the delivery pipeline, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all milestones.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed Functional Requirement Documents, wireframes (Balsamiq, Gliffy, or Word), data flow diagrams, use cases, and database designs.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and designers, tracking task status and verifying deliverables for accuracy.
• Develop project plans by breaking work into milestones and sprints, allocating tasks, and driving problem-solving during implementation.
• Conduct thorough testing when QA resources are unavailable, and research technical blockers using forums or search engines to unblock progress.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of real experience managing web development projects as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes using Balsamiq, Gliffy, or Word.
• Strong SQL knowledge with the ability to write basic database queries and understand database administration.
• Experience in coordinating with various teams through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to produce detailed UI-to-Database interaction requirements and adhere strictly to defined processes.
• Excellent documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills with fluent spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience communicating directly with clients.
• Proven ability to convince team members to adjust schedules to meet critical delivery timelines.
