Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by owning the full lifecycle of requirements, documentation, and system validation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate system requirements and translate business needs into detailed technical documentation.
• Manage database maintenance, updates, and advanced SQL queries independently.
• Conduct user and system testing, including the creation of user manuals and training programs.
• Coordinate project schedules, monitor milestones, and provide expert-level troubleshooting.
• Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to implement process improvements and deliver reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for database management and data analysis.
• Strong ability to create and maintain complex technical documents and user manuals.
• Competent in project management, including timeline and deliverable tracking.
• Experience with comprehensive system requirements analysis and translation.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for diverse system architectures.
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
