Analyze and improve case management processes for software development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current case management processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Document all stages of the case lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with new system implementations.
• Develop comprehensive system maps and flowcharts for new case management system deployments.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) environments.
• Expertise in gathering and documenting technical requirements.
• Experience with case management and management systems.
• Ability to work independently using initiative and professional judgment.
• Familiarity with standard market testing tools.
