Own the requirements analysis and technical documentation for IT initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to support IT projects.
• Create detailed technical documentation and reports.
• Analyze IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders using strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the IT sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• Must be currently based in Portugal with CPLP nationality or an EU work permit.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and practical experience with data analysis.
