Description

You will drive the requirements process for consumer-facing data products within manufacturing operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in capturing and analyzing end-user requirements.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational needs and workflow challenges.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and epics for the product backlog.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to elicit and prioritize requirements.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure requirement traceability throughout the development life cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.
• Direct experience working within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong background in Requirements Engineering.
• Proficiency with UML.
• Proficiency with BPMN.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• CPRE certification.
