Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and IT teams on large-scale projects, managing requirements from analysis through User Acceptance Testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current state processes and design future state solutions.
• Manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Participate in design walkthroughs and technical reviews.
• Define test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support QA teams by reviewing test plans and validating requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in business process mapping and workflow modeling.
• Strong ability to create Functional and Non-Functional documentation.
• Expertise in requirements management.
• Experience with Jira.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills for process improvement.
