You bridge the gap between business and technology teams to design and implement new processes, systems, and data flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, data mapping, and UI wireframes.
• Interview business stakeholders to identify problems and provide scaled implementation options.
• Design current and future state workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), create test cases, and verify production completeness.
• Consult with development teams and product owners on application enhancements.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and Visio for data mapping and workflow documentation.
• Advanced experience working with Agile, Lean, or Kanban software development processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Balsamiq, and Tableau.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage simultaneous project deliverables.
• Deep domain knowledge in finance or asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
