Description

You will provide technical support and infrastructure troubleshooting within a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on desktop support to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco networking components.
• Diagnose and resolve server-side technical problems.
• Support build and deploy processes within a manufacturing or production setting.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
• Direct experience with Cisco Networking.
• Hands-on experience with server troubleshooting.
• Any Graduate degree.
