Business Analyst

You will drive requirement gathering and process optimization within the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process models, workflows, and use cases.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure project delivery.
• Evaluate healthcare systems and propose enhancements to optimize operations and patient outcomes.
• Ensure all project deliverables comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and other industry standards.
• Assist in developing and executing test cases to ensure alignment with requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on healthcare.
• In-depth knowledge of EHR/EMR systems, claims processing, and provider-payer workflows.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA and HITECH.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, business process modeling, and workflow documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with MS Visio or similar modeling tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare analytics and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
